Magued Moftah

Magued Moftah has business leadership and project management skills acquired in Australian and International civil engineering and multidisciplinary projects spanning over 40 years. He has experience managing contracts in major social and economic infrastructures including rail, oil & gas, mining, water and power sectors.

Prior to joining E3 Advisory, Mr Moftah was managing principal of Advisian and its heritage business Evans & Peck, including the role of Asia Pacific Sector lead for the oil & gas business.

Mr Moftah managed the development of project delivery and contracting strategies, procurement transaction and selection of EPC, EPCM and PMC Contractors for numerous clients within the resources, chemical and industrial sectors. He has also been engaged by owners and contractors to provide advice on contractual management, alternative dispute resolution and forensic analysis in engineering and construction matters. Mr Moftah has also been responsible for leading and managing cold eyed (independent) gateway reviews and asset acquisition due diligence with various bankers for mining, power, oil & gas, onshore and offshore assets. He is an accredited arbitrator and has been involved in supporting arbitration and supreme court actions in construction disputes.
