Lucio Di Giallonardo

Lucio Di Giallonardo specialises in audit services, management and advisory services, prospectus preparation, investigating accountant’s reports for IPOs, expert reports and due diligence reviews.

Mr Di Giallonardo began his career as a cadet accountant with Hendry Rae and Court in 1977. In 1986, he joined HLB Mann Judd and in 1990, completed a six-month secondment with the HLB affiliate office in Toronto, Canada. Mr Di Giallonardo returned to Perth and became a partner in the corporate and audit services division in 1993, and was a managing partner from 2010 to 2014. Mr Di Giallonardo regularly contributes articles to HLB Mann Judd and several other publications on key audit, accountancy and industry issues. He is a proper authority holder of HLB Mann Judd Corporate (WA), the firm’s AFS licensed investment advisory arm which prepares independent expert’s reports for mergers, takeovers and capital raisings.

Mr Di Giallonardo is an active member of the national board of the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia, including being the chair of the Foundation’s audit committee. He is also a member of the audit advisory committee at the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
