Louis van Aardt

Louis van Aardt has practiced in corporate law for 15 years in London and Perth. He advises on a full range of corporate and commercial matters including takeovers and mergers, business sales and acquisitions, listings, private equity, capital raisings, ASX listing rules, insolvencies and restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and business succession planning, securitisation, corporate governance, contract reviews, commercial due diligence, Corporations Act matters.

Mr van Aardt has been a board member of the Western Australian Swimming Association Inc (Swimming WA), The Institute of International Business and Technology (IIBT) and The Global Good Foundation. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
