Loren King

Loren King (nee Jones) is a partner and company secretary of Cicero Corporate Services. She has worked in finance and back office administration roles with ASX-listed companies, stockbroking and corporate advisory services for over 13 years. Mrs King has experience in dealing with all aspects of corporate governance and compliance, and specialises in initial public offerings (IPO), backdoor listings, private capital raising and business development.

She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance, a Certificate IV in Financial Services, and is a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
