Juan Martinez

Juan Martinez is HWL Ebsworth’s managing partner. His experience encompasses a wide range of litigation projects and advice in areas including banking and finance, manufacturing, multimedia, retail, security and corporate issues management. Mr Martinez was admitted to the legal practice in 1982 and elevated to Partner of the firm in 1989. He was the group leader of litigation prior to taking on the role of managing partner in October 1998. As the managing partner, Mr Martinez sets the strategic direction and focus for the firm in terms of operating performance and positioning within the legal environment.
