Jennifer Keane

Jennifer Keane works predominantly on mining, building and construction disputes. She has experience managing large scale and long-running litigation in Sydney and Perth. Her practice includes providing advice on contract interpretation, variation claims, extension of time claims, liability for defects and rectification, superintendent certifications, and legislative compliance.

Ms Keane is also experienced in the preparation of adjudication applications under security of payments legislation, and in Supreme Court interlocutory applications for injunctions to prevent unlawful access to bank guarantees. She has over 10 years of experience as a litigation lawyer across a variety of disciplines including building and construction litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, occupational safety and health, unfair dismissal and employment litigation.

Ms Keane is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Supreme Court of Western Australia, and the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, Women in Mining, and the Law Society of Western Australia.
