Mr Sok begun his business carrer with the founding of Yee Cheong Seng Construction Co, a building and construction company. In 1992, Mr Sok started Kingsland Development, a boutique design and construction service company, and under his Leadership and vision, Kingsland Development evolved from a Local construction company into the parent company of the Kingsland Singapore Group, a property deveLoper that has completed project developments including a datacenter, factories, warehouses, offices and industrial buildings in Singapore and Malaysia. Mr Sok has knowledge and experience in the property development space in Singapore & Malaysia and has a network of Local and multinational clientele. Mr Sok is a director of the Cantonese Association (Singapore) and an active member of the Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore).
