Gary Foster

Gary Foster was the non-executive chair and original co-founder of Vortiv (formerly known as Transaction Solutions International Limited), a company which has operations in Australia and India providing bank infrastructure and complementary information technology services to international banks and the financial sector in general. As a founding director, he was responsible for the strategic direction and international expansion of the company. He stepped down as managing director in 2017 and became the group's non-executive chair until February 2021.

Prior to Vortiv, Mr Foster was the chief executive and director of ATM Systems, an independent provider of electronic payments and banking systems to the SME sector which was acquired by Pulse International and Travelex in 2006. He was also the chief executive and director of BWK LLC (Germany), a commodities trading company involved in the specialisation and deliver range of agricultural products.
