David Zimmermann

David Zimmermann joined Warrington Property (subsequently known as Blackoak Capital in early 2020) in 2013 and has experience in real estate investment, asset management and finance in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Before joining Warrington, he was a partner at Brockton Capital LLP, a UK-focused private equity real estate manager based in London. During his nine years in London, he also worked at Canary Wharf Group.
Mr Zimmermann holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and has a graduate diploma in Applied Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia of which he is a Fellow.
