Craig Gough holds a wealth of experience from the high level advising he has done for Western Australia’s leading insolvency practitioners in relation to numerous appointments over public and non-public companies spanning numerous industry sectors, banks and financial institutions in a large variety of both recovery and defended claims.
In the construction and infrastructure sectors Mr Gough has acted on numerous contested disputes, expert determinations and arbitrations as well as Construction Contracts Act adjudications.
He holds indepth knowledge of financial and managerial accounting, as well as practical business experience.
