Cheryl Wilson

Until January 2011 she was President of Oregon Resources Corporation Inc. and was responsible for overall management and operations. In 2011 she transitioned to a consulting role, retaining a position on the Board of Directors of the Company. She has also managed the operations of Dynamex Resources Corporation, a base metal exploration project in Kentucky, USA. While continuing to oversee these projects, from 1998 through 200l, she was Vice President of Geovic Ltd., an Oregon corporation, established to explore and develop a cobalt and nickel mineral resource in Cameroon, Africa.
