Ben Luscombe

Ben Luscombe has extensive experience representing clients in the oil, gas and mining sectors in particular, and in corporate and shareholder disputes and investigations. He has advised national and international clients on dispute resolution and commercial issues arising in all the states and territories of Australia, and has appeared as counsel in court trials, mediations, arbitrations and tribunal hearings throughout the country.

Mr Luscombe was admitted as a solicitor in South Australia in 1982, Western Australia in 1985, Victoria in 1995, and New South Wales in 1996.
