Paul Letari has built a major industrial, rural and commercial property development empire under his family company Toscana (WA). The business owns significant land in central Welshpool where it develops, leases, and manages properties suitable for manufacturing, warehousing distribution and commercial firms.
The family interests also include one of the state’s major olive production businesses, controlling the former Frankland River Olive Company sites with about 265,000 trees split between Frankland River in the Great Southern and Moore River north of Perth.
Mr Letari’s private companies also acquired the 322-hectare Murray River Country Estate in 2013 from receivers for $14.4 million, providing a big development footprint in Pinjarra.
