The Publican Group

The Publican Group’s core business is the acquisition and operation of a portfolio of quality hospitality venues throughout Australia. The Group specialise in providing a range of hospitality management services, including finance, marketing, human resources, training, kitchen and front of house operations. It also offer consultancy services to external venues.

The Publican Group was placed into voluntary administration at the end of 2017, after selling off all of its assets to Melbourne-headquartered Australian Venue Co which was known as Dixon Hospitality at the time.
