Flamingo Customer Service Experience

Flamingo is a Sydney-based software as a service company which developed a customer experience automation platform (Flamingo Platform) designed for selling complex financial products online. Flamingo was acquired by Cre8tek in November 2016 that was effectively a reverse takeover, with Flamingo's vendors holding 45.8 per cent of the total shareholding post-completion of the public offer.
