Café del Mar was founded on June 20th 1980 in San Antoni de Portmany on the Spanish Isle of Ibiza.
Café del Mar Sydney offers a new interpretation of the unique Balearic hedonism while honouring its proud heritage. The food and drinks offered pay homage to the Mediterranean basin with Spanish DNA, combined with light French, Italian, Moorish influences and an Aussie accent.
