The company primarily licenses its bromine and halogen free flame retardant nylon treatment technology in the United States and internationally.

In 2009 the listed shell ETW Corporation, previously the entity called Evans & Tate Wines, acquired a UK- and Cyprus-registered company that had been formed in 2007 to buy the RST technology which had been developed by the US Department of Defense.
