Accolade Wines has sold its Swan Valley winery to the Graeme Yukich-owned Oakover Wines, which is the owner of the neighbouring Oakover Grounds winery.
Under the terms of the agreement, Oakover will acquire the winemaking facility at Middle Swan along with the adjoining cellar door and vineyard.
Accolade will continue to own and produce the Houghton brand by utilising capacity at its existing winery at Nannup.
Oakover executive chairman Graeme Yukich said the business was excited to bring the ownership of the Swan estate back to Western Australia.
"The family bought the land which Oakover Grounds sits on from Houghton 30 years ago, and now we’re finally putting the entire plot back together again,” Mr Yukich said.
Accolade executive chairman Ari Mervis said the company was happy to ensure the winery would continue to operate in the Swan Valley.
"Over the past year, Accolade Wines has been actively reviewing its production footprint across Australia to ensure that we have the appropriate facilities in the right places to support our plans to increase sales of some of Australia’s preferred wines both locally and overseas,” he said.
“We look forward to growing and expanding our award winning brands in key markets around the world.”
In July, Mr Yukich's European Foods purchased Blue Cow Cheese, which had gone into administration the month prior.
He was the founder and executive chair of Entrust Private Wealth Management, which he founded in 2002 and sold to Euroz in 2015.
