Directors of several Perth-based ASX-listed companies have undertaken substantial share transactions in the past fortnight, with Peter Bradford, Peter Cook and John Welborn among those taking advantage of the trading window after the release of their annual results.
Westgold Resources managing director Peter Cook received ordinary shares worth $4.55 million, following the vesting of 2.25 million performance shares on September 4.
On the same day, he sold of 250,000 ordinary shares to reap $549,000.
Resolute Mining managing director John Welborn sold 1.89 million shares for $3.06 million on September 6, and purchased 341,000 shares, equating to $552,420, on the same day.
Independence Group chief executive Peter Bradford sold 354,000 shares for $2.28 million on September 10.
Seafarms executive chairman Ian Trahar was issued 33.3 million shares, worth $3 million, after the company completed a debt-to-equity swap for that amount.
Mount Gibson Iron chairman Seng Hui Lee was one of the only directors over the period to substantially top up their holdings with share purchases.
