At the recent Self Storage Association of Australasia Annual Awards Night, KeepSafe Storage Balcatta was recognised with the highest award of Facility of the Year 2017 and also Small Operator of the Year 2017, across Australia and New Zealand, which makes it two years in a row for the WA based company.

The Directors, Management and staff of KBH Group are also proud to provide an update on the construction of their third state-of-the-art self-storage facility, conveniently located in Welshpool with over 170 metres of frontage and exposure to Leach Highway.
This is the third significant investment the KBH Group have made in Self Storage, with the total development cost of this project being circa $10million.
Welshpool is a strategic location for KBH Group, as the KeepSafe Brand will now provide self-storage options in Balcatta to the North, O’Connor to the South and Welshpool to the East.
Construction is due to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2018.

The new KeepSafe Storage Welshpool facility is currently being designed and will be built to the same industry leading standards as the two existing facilities in O’ Connor and Balcatta. The construction phase will engage 70+ workers.
The Welshpool facility will offer 650+ storage units of varying sizes to suit all residential and commercial customers, including 4000m2+ of hardstand for external storage of Caravans, Boats, Cars and Sea Containers.
