Victoria for sale

THE Victoria Inn Boutique Hotel at 12 Victoria Avenue in the Perth CBD will be sold at auction on 3 May.

Colliers Jardine sales director Jeff Braddock said the hotel would be sold with the benefit of vacant possession.

“The hotel features studio rooms, single and double suites and four impressive penthouses, all with exceptional fit-outs,” Mr Braddock said.
