The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia has today dimissed Uranium Equities' appeal in which it sought to assert a claim to some of Energy and Minerals Australia tenement holdings at Mulga Rock, located north of Kalgoorlie.
The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia has today dimissed Uranium Equities' appeal in which it sought to assert a claim to some of Energy and Minerals Australia tenement holdings at Mulga Rock, located north of Kalgoorlie.
Energy and Minerals Australia Ltd (EAMA) is delighted to announce that the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia has today dismissed Uranium Equities' appeal in which Uranium Equities sought to assert a claim to some of EAMA's key tenement holdings at Mulga Rock.
EAMA is pleased that the Court's decision today resolves this matter and enables EAMA to continue to devote its attention to developing the Mulga Rock deposits, located 230 kilometres north-east of Kalgoorlie.
"We would like thank our shareholders and employees for their ongoing support throughout this legal battle. We are pleased to have our position re-affirmed and would now like to put this dispute behind us and focus on developing the Mulga Rock deposits," said Stephen Penrose, Director of EAMA.
