The offer period for CopperCo’s takeover offer for all of the options in Universal Resources Ltd ended at 5.00pm on 15 April 2005 with a relevant interest in approximately 19.2% of Universal shares and, conditions were not satisfied and optionholders binding contracts are automatically void.
