Today the Town of Victoria Park launched Invest Vic Park, a unique website which showcases the extensive opportunities for development in the Town.
Vic Park is a vibrant inner-city community which is located 10 minutes from Perth Central Business District, over the Causeway on the south side of the Swan River. Driven by a culture of innovation, the Town has become a sought after destination for residential, commercial and leisure pursuits.
Centred around Albany Highway, Vic Park is famed for its culinary smorgasbord, buzzing café strip and vast retail options.
Vic Park is also widely recognised for its expansive Burswood Peninsula. Already home to Perth Racing, Crown Perth and Optus Stadium, the peninsula has the potential to become the single largest planning, development and delivery partnership for Perth in the near future.
Sitting in counterbalance to the busy peninsula and extensive café strip are Curtin University and Bentley Technology Park. Collectively they create the largest concentration of innovative industry and research in the state.

Highlights of Invest Vic Park include key Town statistics. These show how Vic Park’s economy, young population, proximity to key links and educated workforce further fuel the appetite for external investment.
Proving Vic Park is willing to invest in itself and work in partnership with others, Invest Vic Park also showcases key achievements and upcoming plans by the Town. These include the $70 million Lathlain Precinct Redevelopment Project, which is the result of a partnership formed between the Town of Victoria Park, West Coast Eagles, Wirrpanda Foundation and Perth Football Club.
