EAST Perth Redevelopment Authority has sold three lots in The Village Northbridge precinct for a total of more than $1.45 million.
The lots were sold at auction last week. One lot was passed in and will be sold by private treaty.
The lots were a mixture of retail/commercial development sites and restored heritage buildings.
EPRA executive officer Tony Morgan said the sales were representative of the strengthening demand for commercial property within the precinct.
Mr Morgan said heritage constraints or proximity to the Graham Farmer tunnel had not been an issue for prospective purchasers.
The next Village Northbridge auction is planned for April 12 and will feature nine residential lots.
