Tempo secures $6m CBH contract

Tempo Australia has been awarded a $6 million contract with CBH Group to upgrade its grain handling facilities across Western Australia.

Under the contract, Tempo will complete mechanical, electrical and civil services with work set to begin immediately and finished before the grain handing season in October.

Chief executive Ian Lynass said the company was pleased to be working with CBH.

“We will utilise our leading productivity-focused technology to deliver agreed outcomes for this project in support of our valued customer,” he said

“By utilising alternative contract models, we have been able to work quickly with CBH Group to ensure its program of works can be completed in a productive, cost effective and timely manner.

“Tempo looks forward to working with CBH Group and building a strong long-term relationship.”

Shares in Tempo finished up 8.3 per cent at 20 cents each.
