Local recruitment agency Tecside Group has made its second acquisition for the year, announcing the purchase of Melbourne-based labour hire business In-Fusion for an undisclosed sum.
Tecside will incorporate In-Fusion into its business and rebrand it as part of the Tecside group, and will contribute about $12 million in revenue.
“The acquisition of In-Fusion will complement our business in numerous ways,” Tecside chief executive Shayne Pollack said.
“The culture and service offering that In-Fusion provides its clients aligns well to our corporate values of being a global partner with a boutique feel that constantly delivers customers a superior service.
“In-Fusion has a great balance of local, state and national clients.”
In-Fusion managing director Kirk Devers will be retained as Tecside’s business manager.
In January, Tecside acquired health and resources-focused Subiaco recruitment firm Seastone Group.
The In-Fusion acquisition will add to Tecside’s existing global footprint of 10 Australian offices and five overseas.
