Expanding WA law firm Talbot & Olivier has appointed Mark Hemery as a partner in the corporate and commercial litigation group.
Mr Hemery, who has returned to Perth after practising as a partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Melbourne, will also act as in-house counsel at Talbot & Olivier.
He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial dispute resolution with a special emphasis on trade practices, access and telecommunication disputes.
