St John Ambulance moving to the city

St John Ambulance WA will open a new training facility in the CBD, after signing a three-year lease on a Milligan Street property.

Commercial agency CBRE brokered the deal on behalf of St John, which will result in a training centre being established at 67 Milligan Street.

CBRE's Colin Gilchrist said the lease deal comprised an annual rental of $250 per square metre.

"Securing a modern premises, centrally positioned in the heart of Perth's business district, was among the requirements of St John's new training headquarters," Mr Gilchrist said.
