Mark Creasy-backed Sirius Resources was one of the biggest movers on the ASX for the second day running, as the company released an update on its new Fraser Range nickel discovery.
The company said today that its fourth drill hole at the Nova deposit has intersected more sulphide mineralization down dip from the discovery hole.
The company said it was not yet possible to determine the grade of these sulphides.
The stock gained another 11.5 cents to 56.5 cents.
That followed a spectacular 39.3 cents gain on Thursday, after Sirius announced the discovery of a "significant" deposit at its Fraser Range project.
Sirius has a 70 per cent ownership interest while vertan geologist Mr Creasy holds the balance.
Matsa Resources, which has applied for an exploration tenement 2km south of Nova, also achieved further gains today. It was up two cents to 20 cents, following Thursday’s six cents gain.
Both Sirius and Matsa finished well below their intra-day highs today, of 63.5 cents and 25 cents respectively.
