Silver Chain appoints medical director for hospital in the home service

Silver Chain Group has appointed Dr Daryl Kroschel as its first Medical Director for the Hospital in the Home (HITH) service. Dr Kroschel has more than 18 years of experience across both general practice and hospital care, both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Daryl is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was previously Deputy Medical Director of the Cabrini Home Hospital, a non-Executive Director of the Inner East Melbourne Medical Local and Chaired the Clinical Governance sub-committee.
