The Australian share market has opened sharply higher.At 1010 AEST on Wednesday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 42.4 points, or 0.82 per cent, at 5,231.2, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 41.2 points, or 0.78 per cent, at 5,295.9.
