The Australian share market has opened lower after a negative lead from Wall Street, and ahead of the Reserve Bank's interest rate decision.At 1030 AEST on Tuesday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was down 0.3 per cent as weakness among the big four banks weighed upon the market.
