Scrimshaw chairs Cleveland Mining

Cleveland Mining Company has appointed Russell Scrimshaw as non-executive chairman, following the retirement of Don Bailey.

Mr Scrimshaw was previously a director and deputy CEO at Fortescue Metals Group, and has been a non-executive director of Cleveland Mining since 2011.
