Phipps CFO at RCR

Engineering firm RCR Tomlinson has appointed Andrew Phipps as chief financial officer.Mr Phipps was previously executive general manager finance at UGL’s engineering business, and prior to that was executive general manager of UGL’s infrastructure business.
