WarpForge, the Perth company developing a hydrogen bus, has filed a defamation action against a former employee.
WarpForge managing director Grant Reynolds is suing former worker Marcin Gorecki for allegedly publishing misleading material about the company and Mr Reynolds.
Mr Gorecki started working with WarpForge on November 10, 2017, days after signing a confidentiality agreement with the company, a Supreme Court writ states.

Mr Reynolds claims he is "suffering or continuing to suffer loss, damage in respect of each publication & republication described".
Mr Reynolds is seeking an injunction preventing the Mr Gorecki from further publishing the material, costs, and damages for any economic loss.
In October 2020, WarpForge joined forced with US-based HYZON Motors to develop a new hydrogen bus.
