Northern Mining board changes

Northern Mining has appointed three non-executive directors – Tony Ong Tiong Seng, Danette Cheung and Andrew Nai.Executive chairman and managing director Alan Lockett has resigned from the exploration company, as has executive director Raelene Townsend-Hick.
