Affordable housing developer Nicheliving has opened its first London office, which will act as a hub for UK residents looking to migrate to Western Australia or invest in the housing market.
The office will operate as Australian Property Alliance, and will give individuals the ability to purchase direct from developers and builders via a UK-based consultant.
Nicheliving’s Eddie McLean has been appointed as Australian Property Alliance’s UK general manager.
“With the global financial climate looking particularly bleak in Europe, investors are looking elsewhere to make a dollar,” the company said in a statement.
“Australia being reasonably shielded, it is a great option for investors who have noticed our humble state as growth of interest in our strong market continues.”
