AFA executive director Lesley Brydon said the guidelines had been updated to incorporate privacy, legal risk and GST.
She said all agencies undertaking work with clients should refer to the guidelines and obtain individual legal advice when preparing an agreement to terms of business. The new guidelines can be found at www.afa.org.au but are only available to AFA members.
