Medical Corporation Overhaul

Medical Corporation Australasia has overhauled its board of directors. Dr Eric Tan (pictured) has stepped down as managing director but will remain as a non-executive director, while chief operating officer Dimitri Bacopanos has left the company. Current chairman Simon Lee will take over as chief executive while Mark Clements will be both company secretary and chief operating officer. The company has also recruited Michael Bowen, a founding partner of law firm Hardy Bowen, as a new non-executive director.
