Richard Duncan has been appointed as chief financial officer and company secretary of Mareterram and is expected to start with the company in late March 2016.
Mr Duncan has 20 years of experience that encompasses full responsibility of the corporate services function including Finance, Accounting, AP/AR, HR, Payroll, IT, Legal and Commercial personnel.
