Legal fraternity upset over judge loss

The state's legal fraternity says the loss of a Supreme Court judge will lead to further trial delays and a backlog of cases.The state government is expected to save about $4.4 million over four years by not replacing Justice Narelle Johnson, who retired from the bench last year.
