NATIONAL Remunerator, Lawfund Australia, has hired a business development manager for its WA branch.
Cindy Davenport, the new manager, is expected to increase the membership base and foster strong relations with existing members.
This will result in more deals for Lawfund Australia and the number of mobile lenders or financial consultants working with the company. This in turn increases the number of transactions with banks and opens up more positions in Lawfund Australia.
“By creating an income stream for members and companies, Ms Davenport creates possibilities for everyone. Therefore, her job is very important,” Lawfund Australia director Mark Davis said.
Previously, Ms Davenport worked as a public relations manager in radiology. Most recently she was sales and marketing manager for Abbeyvale Vineyard in Margaret River.
“The wine industry is a completely different industry so what helps me in this new job is my experience in sales and marketing,” Ms Davenport said.
Lawfund Australia was established in 1995 by solicitors for solicitors and their clients in Sydney with the aim of value adding and increasing the revenue for law firms by creating a new and effective profit centre within their business structures.
