Kirk, Rakoczy join Lavan Legal

Lavan Legal has appointed Daniel Kirk as corporate services partner and Gavin Rakoczy as senior associate in reconstruction, recovery and insolvency.Mr Kirk previously worked for King & Wood Mallesons specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
