Justice takes Campbell’s chair

JUSTICE Rene Le Miere has replaced Kevin Campbell as chairman of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts board.

The three-year appointment also entitled Justice Le Miere to an ex-officio position on the university’s governing council.

Justice Le Miere has had a long association with the arts to go with his lengthy legal career.

From 1993 to 1997 he was a member of the board of the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art.
