DRUG counselling agency Holyoake has appointed Margaret Jackson as chief executive officer. Ms Jackson joined Holyoake in 2006 and has been acting chief executive for the past five months. Holyoake is Western Australia’s largest non-governmental alcohol and drug counselling provider.
