Industrial Minerals to raise $14m for processing plant

West Perth-based mineral sands explorer Industrial Minerals Corporation Ltd has announced plans to raise $14 million though a share placement to fund the construction of a 700,000 tonnes per annum processing plant for its Oregon project.
