INX acquires Vix Resources

Cloud-based software provider INX Software has acquired logistics solutions business Vix Resources for an undisclosed sum.

Perth-based Vix is a spin-out from privately owned ticketing company Vix Technology, whch is based in Balcatta.

INX Software uses a cloud-based platform to allow clients to manage health, safety and environmental risk for employees across an array of sectors.

It has about 200 clients and 700,000 users.

Its acquisition of Vix Resources, which specialises in FIFO logistics, will give the company access to its SAM technology, which is used to manage remote workforces.

All of Vix Resources’ clients will have access to INX Software’s platform once the acquisition is completed.

“Our combined expertise and experiences will drive the innovation and delivery of a cutting-edge workforce logistics management solution for the mining and resources industry.”
