FORMER Perth accountant Nick Hawkins has been appointed chief financial officer at national insurance player Insurance Australia Group, which owns SGIO, as part of a big overhaul of the company’s management. Mr Hawkins, a former partner at KPMG, joined IAG in 2001 as general manager, group finance before progressing to head of asset management and group strategy, and CEO of IAG New Zealand.
