PRIME Minister John Howard has unveiled his much-awaited industrial relations plan, which is poised to replace all six state industrial relations systems with a single federal one. Mr Howard’s "WorkChoices: A New Workplace Relations System" plans to remove the right of employees at businesses with up to 100 employees to pursue unfair dismissal claims when they are sacked. It is also expected to lead to fewer collective bargaining powers for unions, with restrictions on their activities.
